Wharf Bar & Grill
587 Third Ave. (38th St.), Manhattan
As you know, we're not exactly averse to breaking curfew (until the following day's aches consume us). Our late night antics have led us to meeting creatures of the night, which means hanging out with those who start drinking around midnight. If you don't think that's dangerous, you're probably AI, AInsane, or wake up in time for Oprah. We try to hang in, but it's ugly. Think: Sara agrees to Jägermeister shot, begging that it be "poured short" like .25oz means anything when it's almost 2am. The Wharf, incidentally, is a perfect place for such AI decisions since it's a multi-level Age InAppropriate stronghold. Not a surprise given its location. Please don't confuse this Wharf with The Wharf in the Rockaways.
For those of us that get re-released into society after a long days work and after certain others curfews have past, I would find it hard to recommend a late night trip to The Wharf. Even considering the hookup of a friendly waitress. Can only recommend for those that want to feel close to 18 again.
